I was wondering, seeing as I'm going to be running 20 x 10-9 rear tires on my 200X, will running the standard size front and rear sprockets on it cause any problems? I'm thinking there might be an RPM issue? Or is there not too much concern with the 200X? Thanks.

running the stock gearing with shorter tires is going to make it feel a lot snappier. your top end will suffer but it will make it feel really torqy(sp). if you are riding real tight trails you will love the set up as the clutch usually wont have to be slipped to get the engine back into the meat of the power band.

Oh, well that's not bad. I'm probably going to be doing a lot of trail riding, hill climbing, etc, so that's probably a good thing. I've never felt the need to go 80mph (not that a 200X could, but you get my point).

yea it shouldnt, i had the stock gearing on mine with 20 inch tires and it felt snappy, but my top end sucked, where i live i dont do a whole lot of trail riding, i mostly run roads and in the winter run lakes so i wanted mine for top end so i wnt bigger in the front sproket and smaller in the back and wow did that make a difference on top end, tho it took some bottom end power off but owell i want to get the most speed possible
