Kick starter problem on 250sx

I recently bought my first 3 wheeler a work in progress 250sx. While pulling the kick starter assembly I dropped the little washer that fits on the end into the crank case(clink clank clunk):confused: . I just found out this is not entirely uncommon although I feel like an ass for doing it. Anyone have ideas on how to get it out without tearing deeper into the motor. I was thinking of dumping carosine in the crank a maybe flushing it out, any suggestions would be appreciated.

you could try a flex magnet and get around in there with it. Unless of corse the washer isnt able to be lifted by a magnet.

Where did the washer go? Down by the clutches?
