atc 70 points

anyone know the points settings for an 80s model 70? and is it set at the T mark or the F? thanks, Dave
Any tips or handy dandy info on getting them set would be helpful, mu kiddo wants to ride this weekend!

I have tryed many different procedures from manuals and books and even talking to my local mechanic at the honda dealer ship. It took me a while but the best way I have found is watching the points move as the "T" mark rolls around. Getting them to just start opening as it comes around. I can send you a page or so from the factory atc 70 manual if you want it just PM me with your email address. Also as stupid as it sounds I don't even fool around with old or used points or condensor. You can buy a new set for $25-30 dollars and it makes all the differrence in the world.
