Just a thought here, but since the air cooled 250Rs have the same head bole pattern as the blaster, would it be possible to put a water cooled head and radiator like the one on this blaster ?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Blaster-not-yfz-banshee-ex-cr_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ6725QQitemZ461118903 7QQrdZ1
Dont kno if that'd work, but if it did, that'd be pretty kool b/c my R motor does get pretty hot and that might would help..... Anybody kno more on that? kind of a dumb idea, but just a thought

Im not 100% on this, but i would not foresee a problem. :wondering
Pointless, The motor is deisgind as an Air-cool motor, thus With proper jetting it should have Good enough cooling. i have never herd nor seen of A/C 250r's over heating that are Jetted up to snuff.

if it worked maybe you could go with more aggresive porting without worrying about extra heat.

well I've blown a top end and locked up a transmission b/c my motor overheated, but that was a few years ago. I have learned my lesson on lettin 'em rest, but i do kinda like this idea...............
