Bubba and #259??

What happened to Stewatrs number 259 which he ran for his friend?? Did the AMA force him to run thew new number??

From what I understand he decided to start new when he went to the bigger class. 259 was the old Bubba, 7 is the new James.

Actually, he decided it was time to start anew. He ran #259 in the 250s last year. He just wanted to start fresh, so he chose lucky number 7.
