I just got back from picking this up. It's a 1985 250SX with super low time on it. I bought it from the second owner who has had it since 85 and only rode it a few times a year in the snow. The factory exhaust still has the black paint on it alll the way to the cylinder head, tools in the toolbox look like they have never been used, original front tire with 75% tread and the rears are brand new. Came with the owners manual, Certificate of Origin, original bill of sale, dealer set up checklist, warranty info, owners card, recall notice about the D/S boot and a pamphlet about maintenence/riding tips. The guy also threw in 2 brand new knobbies on rims but the bolt pattern is not right. Enjoy the pics and try to keep the drool off your keyboards.

Wow!!! Really nice! The whole thing looks awesome man. Good find! Is it just the picture or is the front end twisted? looks like the tire is facing forward and the rest is going to the right...?

Good eye. The forks are straight but the tripple is a little out of alignment. I just have to loosen everything up and it should straighten right out. I found it on Ebay and it was only 45 min from my house.

WOW!!! :eek: you made out real good. That is a fantastic price for that machine.

I got a new sx a couple weeks back in similiar shape for a grand. I got front and rear racks on mine along with a speedo. :naughty: Mine even has the wooley boogers on the back and they get me through anything I attempted... well so far... :p
