hmm, I was wondering the same about adding some nets. I can't really tell by those pics from what it seems that if your foot or leg would get caught down in there it may do more damage than just running it over. Nonetheless it's really great that you guys are coming up with these new parts. It looks really good. ;)

I think Derrick is going to add some nets. I left a little of the angle sticking out in front of the foot peg with that in mind. That thing looks Bad Ass Derrick.

Man, idk if I like the idea of nerfs on a trike..it seems like you put your feet down more often to save your self, or to roll backwards, and it just seems like a pain..

I agree that on a trail bike the nerfs definately have draw backs. But for MX (what this bike is built for) they will come in handy. I don't think I can remember one single time where I put my foot down while racing. But I can think of several times where nerfs would have come in handy!
I did trail ride a bit yesterday with them and had to push the bike backward a bit. That was a bit awkward. But actually, with the bars coming in so much closer than normal nerfs in the front, it wasn't too big of a deal.
Even though my foot won't fit down thru the nerfs I'm still going to put nets on them (just in case). Just haven't got it done yet.
