Hey man, I just got finished re-doing all the brakes on my 350X and just started on the ones on my brother's 200X. All of our brakes were seized up and in bad shape. I have my own method of restoring these brakes to working condition now...here's a few things you should do:
-first, remove the brake calipers from the bike and remove the brake pads from the calipers
-next,to get the pistons out, use high air pressure for the fronts and knock the rear piston out with a hammer
-next, take the pistons and calipers and wash them off in hot water, then let them soak in a sink full of hot soapy water for a while
-then you remove the 2 dust seals and 1 o-ring from the calipers and use a green cleaning pad, a sanding sponge, and an old toothbrush to clean the pistons and the inside of the calipers where the pistons go in, use a small knife or tiny flat head screwdriver to remove any grit in the gaps where the dust seals and o-ring go
-I'd recommend buying all new dust seals and o-rings since they usually expand and wear out with age
-after you get the calipers and pistons all cleaned up and install new dust seals/o-rings, coat the everything in brake fluid and then install the pistons back into the caliper...the pistons may not go into the caliper very easy at first, but just keep moving them in and out with your fingers and eventually they'll move more freely
-after all this, make sure your reservoirs and master cylinders are properly working, hook everything back up, fill with brake fluid, bleed the air out of the line, and you should be good to go...
hope this helps...

Crack the bleeder loose, jam a grease gun on it and hydraulically force the pistons out by filling them with grease. Don't whack them with a hammer and air usually doesn't cut the mustard.
