110 try adjusting the timing and your valves, 200s just fidgit with it? i wouldnt recommend spliting the case quite yet but its your call.

Your 110 defiently needs the timing adjusted. Can you take the rear end apart even? Or it is all seized? Get it apart, cover EVERYTHING with anti-seize, and I would recomend putting new axel bearing in, but you could probably put a crapload of axel grease on them and be good. If it wont go into gear, try adjusing the clutch out some, that could make it not go in or out of gear.

Hope this helps :)

good luck with the decompression parts, they dont make them any more, you will be seaching for a while. I would of left the rear end in there because it is easier to work on.

would it work to use an old choke cable to make a manual decompression thing because its not the actual decompression part its self its the part on the recoil starter thats broken

I have a 200s and i have disconnected the decompression cable. Its really not needed.

How do you know the bearings are locked and its stuck in gear? Make sure you take the chain off to see if youre really locked in gear, or if its the bearings in the rear end. they are easy to change, and cheap to buy on ebay.
