Im sorry this is a little off the topic but I am trying to find out what motor is in my cr80 and I figured you guys are the best to ask. The frame is a 95 cr80 but after i tore the motor down and ordered a piston i realized its not a 95 motor. I remember my dealer had a book of honda motor #'s I was wondering if anybody had this. the #'s stamped into motor by shifter are he043- 5101554
(i think they are hard to read) Any help would be great!!!

Your right, It's not a 95 motor. It is actually a 1984 CR80R motor. ;)

are you sure, I already screwed up and thought it was a 85 so i bought a piston and it was wrong.

If I am wrong then the honda identification manual is wrong as well. Going by the numbers you posted that is what it comes up as.

FYI, I move this to the proper forum. I didn't notice it was in the wrong forum yesterday.
