looks like a tri skat i used to have when i was a kid. thing came with a 5 or 8 horse motor, centrifigual belt clutch, it sucked on handling and was slower then molasses on a nice cold day. came with chevron balloon tires on back, a little tiny tire on front, but mine had a nice fiberglass wrap around where the seat was. i remember pullstarting it once and the throttle stuck wide open befor ei could get on it and it took off screaming through the feild, thru a barbed wire fence, down a ditch, acrossed the road, thru another ditch, and another fence, flipping end over end landing on its side, smoking away. was scary when i was a kid, but hilarious now that i think nack on it.

i am not sure if we are talking about the same thing but the one i have is like the one above and there is a logo on the fork that says mongomery ward it is like the one on the link i posted but the frame has no joint and the fork is bigger for a bigger tire and there is no sheet metal on the feet holder thanks for input offroadbuilder
