have a chance to get 4 tires and wheels off newer wheeler. He went w/ the fancy big wheel kit and has had these setting in his shed.
Mine has 25x12x9 rears and 22x8x10 fronts. His are 23x10x12 rears and 23x8x12 fronts. About 98% there, dunlops w/ simmilar tread pattern to mine.
Looks to me as they will raise front axle 1/2 inch and lower rear axle maybe 1 +1/4 inch . He wants 150$ for his.
I think I'll lose a bit of top end speed(no concern the way I ride) and gain some lower end tourque (gotta love more nutz) I am concerned about losing some ground clearence.
wheeler in question is a 2wd 350 moto4, my 1st quad :(
any thoughts??

I think it'll just make your machine have a bit more turning stability because of a more even back/front height, but I doubt that you'll notice much more "torque" with that small of an engine, you'll need to rev it up to get moving anyway.

you might lose 1/4 of an inch in the back butt you`l gain more in the front than you`l lose in the back.:Bounce

as long as your not rock crawling the thing, you probably wont miss the clearance a whole lot, youll have to be a little more careful when you do go over rocks though, that would make the front end feel a little lighter too, but thats probably not a problem with your quad... for $150, i would think you could buy a decent set that is the size you want

I think it would be a smart pick up, because even if you don't like the tire size, you have alot more variety when searching for new tires with the new bigger rim sizes, than you do with the old ones. Four rims, $150, that doesn't sound too bad to me...
