I have been reading, for a few days, all of the sprocket posts on here for the 350's. Everyone seems to want to go faster. That is not my case. I want more bottom end. I ride in the sand and my 350x peters out at the top of the big dunes. Im tired of having to down shift while 3/4 of the way from the top. I want to change the front sprocket (Front gives a more drastic change) but I cant seem to find a 12 tooth anywhere. Would going bigger in the back require an extra link in the chain and would I get the increase? I always seem to be playin in between 2nd and 3rd, I would like to just stick er in third and leave it. Can anyone help me here?

2 teeth bigger in the front???? That would give him alot more top end instead of the bottom end that he wants. My guess is that you want to go smaller in the front, and if that is too low for you then go larger in the back.

1 down in front would be a big difference and if you want more then go up 2 in the back sprocket afterwards.
