Hi all, Does anyone have suggestions on how to prepare new decals for new plastic? The new Maier plastic seems like it has a film on it, so I was think of wiping it down with some sort of solvent, but I don't want to melt the plastic. Any ideas?

I normally just wipe down the area real good with rubbing alcohol. Once dry, apply stickers. That's what I do.
A moderate temp will help alot. Its probably best to install at room temp, or some where above about 55 degrees

Clean them with something like alchol or adhesive and wax remover. Room temp and use some mild soapy water to put them on. Put the soapy water on the surface of the fender and the back side of the decal. This avoids bubbles. You can easily position them with the soapy water present. Once you get it where you want it, squeegy the decal out and blow dryer to heat and dry it out. Once this is done, they are on there. The blow dryer isnt a must, but speeds the process up.:beer
