Stupid questions from a ROOKIE-so be kind. What does mean if a trimoto has "shaft drive"? Is this a good thing?

It means that instead of having a chain and sprokets, it has a drive shaft, pinion, and a ring gear.
I like shaft drives because there tough....until you bust the pinion like I did, and that is a pain to change the whole diff out.
You also dont have to worry about chains and sprokets wearing out, just make sure your rear end fluid is clean and topped up.
