Hey matt,
The other day I did a quick paint job on my Red. I painted the exaust header and rear racks. For the exaust I used high temp black spray paint---which turned out pretty well and for the racks I used other black spray paint. Although I think it would look nicer if you used some other method besides spray paint like I did. lol

for all the racks and things that take a beating (racks and whatnot) i use truck bed spraypaint. it is 7.41 a can w/ tax but it is as tough as nails.

I used Krylon (spray paint) on my Big Red. The color is matched pretty close to original and you can buy it at Wal-Mart if ya want to.....holds up o.k. but i suppose you could just use autobody paint if you wanted to use a compresser?

thanks for the replies i think ill settle with automotive paint on my big red using the compressor as the rack will cop a beating with goats and pigs being put on the back as it is a hunting rig so thnksa for that. Also what would be the price to get some big red stickers from america and ship em here to australia as fiunding em over here would be as rare as hens teeth.
thanks
matt
