Riding in IOWA

Hey there, anyone know of any good public places to ride in Iowa? The laws about public riding seem pretty strict and since I just moved here. I know there are a few "parks" but the closest one to me is like 3 hours away! Looking for a place to test out my new trike in SE Iowa.....Thanks!!

The state park near Solon/Ely Iowa should be pretty close to you. It was just taken over by a club out of Cedar Rapids and they are in the process of making a nicer riding area out of it. You can learn more here:
