NEED Red tecate all stock picture 1985

Does anyone here have the brochure or any ad picturing the 1985 all stock red tecate...I have heard the 85 model is supposed to have a blue seat over the 84's black....I have only seen the new all stock 1984 model on the google images search...I always like to have a picture to strive for when gathering parts for my restorations

i believe the green version came with the black in 84 then blue in 85 but the red version was a black seat both years. i had an new off the show room floor red tecate back in 86 and it had the black seat.

Help ...anybody....I have never seen a picture of a new 85. What about any pictures in old three wheeleing magazines??

I have seen one OC in a Dirt Wheels from '84. I don't have the magazine. There is the first test of the red model in 84 and then there is a pic of one at a Kawasaki dealership really close up...but I don't have the magazine. Obvioiusly that does not help!

Thanks Darius you are on the right track!!!! but thats a 1984 model...like this one. On the 85 The tank and fender decals are different, they got rid of the steel wheels and went to the same rear wheels as the 86 tecate as well as changing from drum to disc up front. I definetly want to see the seat color on the 85 RED machine....

On the red 85's weren't they blue to match the tank decals? Just like the green machines?

Here is a pic of my 85 tank decal which is definetly blue...Its unbelievable how evasive a picture of this baby is :(

Those are rare. I thought '84 was the only year of the red model.
