85 honda atc70??

i'm going to be fixing this, and i was thinking about buying it, because he was only going to selling anyways! so i need a good price to offer him. this is whats wrong, that i can see, needs a new front tire(has a big cut in it), both fenders, rear axle bearings, new air filter, i fixed the pull start, tanks rusted, and only gets fuel from the reserve postion(so he says), and i haven't started it yet, but it hasn't run in a few years. and the kill switch on the bars is broke. i was thinking a couple hundred dollars, but i'm not sure what there really worth in good condition, or what parts cost for this. here some pictures of it.

Not more than $100 or $150. Since you don't know what kind of shape the top end is in or if it runs through the gears. Front tire, $35 or so, tune up and oil change$40 or so. Need a gasket set, so you can clean out the oil screen under the right hand engine case cover. And your not sure what kind of shape your bearings or chain is in and the chain tensioner either.

well it runs, and all the gears work, put of course the carb leaks. i haven't talked to him yet but i'm going to see how much he wants for it, if it cheap i'll grab it, if not, hes gonna keep it:D

150 would be where I draw the line,the parts are plentiful yes,but you are gonna need 150-200 in parts that I can see!!

i would spend $200 on that easy,,,, its an 85 too,,,, good shift pattern, and 4 speed ....
