can anyone help me about titles?

ok i have taken 2 1985 XL 125 s and made one pretty good bike out of them but dont have papers for either one and i would like to make it street legal again, is it possible please help or does someone want to sell me there vin# and and papers ? lol


and also does anyone have allthe lights and stuff?

i dont know if it is possible, did you ever have papers for ethier of them in your name? its pretty hard to get a title.

You should probably call your local DMV. Sometimes you can file for a lost title, but you would have to probably track down the owner who the bike was last registered to. By the time you do all that, you will probably have more time and money into it than it is worth. That would have to be your call though. Contact your local DMV and see what they said.

Yeah go to the DMV and ask, you will either have to go through some work and a lot of waiting or they would be able to give you one. Another option is a title service but those will run about $100-$150, my brother had to do this for one of his bikes.
