Alright guys, here's the deal. I have a 1986 350X with a 450R stock pipe on it. I have ran it like this for over a year. Sometimes I feel like it might need rejetted. The reason behind this is I feel like it had a little bit more power with the stock pipe. It feels like it has more topend and lost a little bit throughout the mid range punch. I may be wrong, but I was just wondering what you guys thought.

what color is the spark plug??? white means lean and black is rich, you want the color to be about the same color as cardboard.

Do you have the stock tip on with spark arrester? I have same setup on my X and put on the 2" HRC tip. The stock one is only 1 inch and is way to restrictive (and too quiet). I didn't pay the outrageous price from Honda. If you look on eBay, people with welding skills make out of stainless for about $20 and work just the same with a nice throaty growl and more power. I'm running a UNI, 142 main with clip pos. 1 notch up. Hope this helps.

thats what you get with more flow better top end, less on bottom end. at least with cars anyway.
