If I go up to a 14 tooth sprocket in front about how inches of tire would do the same. Say if i have 18 inch tires and i want the speed to be like if i had 22 inch tires. Do *Edited* guys understand what im asking?

your looking at about a 25% increase in rotation from a 22 to an 18 inch wheel, so respectivly thinking your combination on the sprokets needs to change 25% so a 13/39 total (52 teeth would need to become 63 teeth) or a 14 42 or a 14 / 43 combo (62 - 63 teeth)
Now I'm certain we'll here better opinions on how to do what your asking.

So are you saying that if i do just a 14 tooth up front then i will get more top end than a 22 inch tire will give me from 18 inch tire?

no, but a 13 tooth will be geared off so bad that you will have no bottom andmiddle only a screaming top the 14 tooth is bigger in diameteter allowing for some extra bottom from the motor, the 43 / 44 adds top on the back end, the combination hould be similar with 18's as the 13 / 39 and 22's if this makes any sense.

Darrel, bigger front sprocket is more top speed and smaller is more torque...vise versa for the rear sprocket.

Darrel, it's not about overall teeth. The combo you gave him would make him would be good if your planning on pulling a plow but not to good if you're looking to regain your top speed.

Heres the simpe route, though its not exact science and your mileage may vary depnding on internal gear ratios blah blah blah.......
I frequently change back and forth from 18 to 22 tires. I change two teeth in the front if I wish to keep gearing similar. Most of the time I just leave the lower gearing present and ride in higher gears unless I plan on doing some freeway traveling or something. I will admit that once I did run out of gears and had to gear higher running flat track with the 5 speed but Ive never run out of gears on an MX track, where I run the 18's, no matter how low I was geared.

Adding to Tim Sr, for every 2" tire height difference, one tooth counter sprocket change will offset the change. If your trike stock tire is 22", then a 20" tire would need a one tooth larger counter sprocket. 18" would need two teeth larger.
Or change back sprocket three teeth smaller for ever 2" difference (not as practical). Remember, most stock sprocket gearing is around 3 to 1 ratio for all atc.(2.75 to 3.5 is the norm). One thooth change in front is same as three teeth in back. (if you can still find smaller back sprockets!)
