I finished it tonight. Installed the new 3x5 rear wheels and 2.5 inch wheel spacers. Also added a bracket to the front end, he was hitting bigger jumps and the upper brackets were bending. I hope to get him on the track asap so he can practice. I have been running through trails dang fast the last few days, so he will ride faster, he hit a small tree head on last night  .

It might next summer. Dads check book is empty after the suspension mods. He doesn't need anymore power yet anyway. He already outruns the LT80 and predator 90 he rides with.

I'll try and get some action shots this weekend.

what are wheel spacers, it is obvious what they do but where do you put them, what do they look like and what are they made of?

Not trying to Hijack, but wheel spacers go between the hub and the wheel, making it wider, theyre made of metal though Im not sure what kind. Hope that helped..

That helped on everything, but has lead me to another question now, would you have to replace the hubs with other hubs that have longer studs/bolts? .IM just thinking with my quad if you added 2 inches between the hub and rim, I wouldnt have any room to put the nuts that held the rim on

Here is the best type of spacer but the price shows it.

The Wheel spacers itself are a hub, they have their own female end where your stock hub studs go into, then the spacer hub itself has it's own set of studs on the outside, when you bolt your rim on it locks it all down. Go to ebay and look in atv parts suspension or wheels tires section, you will see them.

Your Project looks great. This is the first time I have seen it. I have seen the brackets on ebay but I have some pictures for you. First of all I need to say that I worked in the atv industry for a many of years for one of the leading after market manufacture in the R&D department. Yes we made A-arms and swing arms for the top selling bikes but not for the TRX90. I have put together a set of a-arm that some people may like. If you have any question I will be happy to help. I will be making a swing arm for it also. Im glad that im not the only one out there that thinks your kid should have a cool bike to ride. I also have made a stem for it. Hopefully I can start selling my own stuff like long travel a-arm, swing arms and stems.

I have not come up with a price for the a-arms or the stem just yet. Its the way to go. I need to see how many people ask about them first. If I was to guess at the price on the a-arms I wouls say 600.00 dollars. It seems like alot but this front end has caster and camber adjustment.

There are tons of companies making a-arm for the trx90. Kids on Quads sells a kit for $600 and they are very reputable and guarantee their product.

You can use 300EX front end. A Arms and everything will bolt right up.

All companies that build A-Arms guarantee their product. It depends on what you want and how you are going to ride. As far as the 300ex front end just bolting on, ya it doesn't.

People can steal talk about what you went on this tread anyway. Not being a jerk about this but I saw that trx90 and then I said look at this, and then people said that a 300ex front end would work. Say what you went this is not your site.
