A customer brought this machine in to have it fixed until he found out what all it was going to need. He was letting kids ride it that heard 3 wheelers would float. Well, it sank. The motor needs the following parts
Piston kit with bore
cam chain
both crank and cam sprockets
camshaft
rockers
valves
It also needs one of the rubber grommets that hold the gas tank on and a new key ignition switch. He would like to get 150 for it and if he doesnt then its going to go to the shed, likley to never be seen again. All the plastic is orginial OEM and is in great shape. No breaks or cracks, not even any major scratches. I have most of the parts I need to fix it in the inventory and I Really like this machine but I dont want to screw myself to badly on the price of this. What do you think?

It does not look too bad. You may end up having to redo all the electrical and rebuilding the motor and tranny. It depends how much water got into it. I'm not a mechcanic, I'm a parts switcher so I'm not much help when it comes to doing that much work.

Hell yea dude pick it up, for 150 ya cant beat it. Besides the motor that trike is in great shape. Like stated above, just look for a new motor on ebay or even hear, something is bound to come up.:TrikesOwn

for that decent of a rolling chassis, $150 is not a bad price. I'm sure that it will need a bearing job front and rear. since you already have most of the parts in stock for the motor, rebuild it, stick it back in the frame, fire it up and break it in, turn around and sell it and make a profit off of it.

What are you waiting for, Christmas? That thing would have been in my garage already dude. For a buck and a half, you CAN'T GO WRONG. DO IT!!! I'll give you $200 for it now.

Sounds like a plan, or just by a half-way decent motor and work on the motor in that bike as you go along. Or just buy and part out the bike.

I would buy it if the deal was offered to me. The parts alone are worth more than that. You could fix & sale it or part & make $. You should be good at fixing things ATCs that sank. lol

The Bilge pump pull rope on the ol' 200. That was funny, 2 hondas and a lone yamaha with people that were confused and thought they purchased boats instead of ATC's.

I have 3 of those 200 big red engines with the chain drive and the electric start and sub-transmission. 2 of them I know run really well.
