Who all is going to trike fest and there trikes are not ready? I have both the 350x and 200x engines out. The 350x I have everything ready to put back together but i am waiting on the parts now. I hate waiting for parts. I am starting to get a little worried I wont have everything ready in time. I ordered everything rings, gaskets, exhaust studs ext... from partfish and they have never been to fast about getting me parts. I am starting to think I should have order elsewhere. :wondering So who all is going to trike fest and will be wrenching to the last minute.

Hahahah welcome to the club. The only thing left of my 500R right now is a rolling chassis with a bottom end of the engine. Everything else it torn down off of it.
Z needs pegs (Workin on it) and I'm also trying to finish up my special new aluminum tripple clamps if I can get it done in time. It always seems like everyone waits till a month before that we do anything

Yes I started way to late. But all I was going to do was paint the header and pipe. The next thing I knew I had it all tore down. I wish I knew who designed the exhaust studs on the 350x. I would like to slap his momma. But i guess they lasted 20 years so I shouldnt complain. :beer

KB-you should probably ride teh 110 anyway. I've seen you ride.
The Prairie 700 is 100%, the Scat Tracker is 100%, the 350X is 100% thats the good news. The P3 #1 needs swinger bushing (in the mail from Germany, thanks HAGEN), P3 #2 is a bare frame w/ missing parts, and the T3 is a bare frame (painted but waiting on parts to start final assembly). AND I will be looking at P3 #3 tomarrow, its a runner but seems to be missing a few parts.
WISH ME LUCK

Yeah I stopped worrying about having my trikes perfect last year. I did end up with a nice snag and my front tire on the big red is smoked, but thanks to rangerover, I am getting a new OEM front tire. But I do have to start packing this week as I have vacation coming right before trike fest. I guess thats the good thing about having a good deal of trikes, so if one fails maybe I will have another one hahaha.

Haha. With everyone waiting till the last minute reminds me of every episode of orange county choppers! Maybe we should get big Paul and his size 12's to give you guys a little motivation!
I bet you guys are going to spend some late nights getting them ready and getting only a few hours sleep, dragging yourselves to work the next day and do it all over again the next night for the next few weeks!

I have been doing this for about 3 months already. lol
Plans are to bring 13-15 machines. Currently I have 4 ready, and am working on ordering the $700+ worth of parts to get the others going. I am down right now with a bad knee so work has slowed drastically. Will I be ready? God only knows. Thankfully I work best under pressure.
I about forgot. In addition to my machines to get ready, I am still getting TF stuff together. This in itself is a daunting task ( and my #1 priority ).

I started months ago on the tiger 500 after 2 weeks I forgot about # 2 and worried on getting #1 going! Now I still need too get painted and all the controls triples and all installed then get the engine dialed in. With working 5 days a week 14 to 20 hrs a day right I have Saturday and Sunday. I Hope nothing else goes wrong with work equipment that way I can spend 40 hrs a weekend in the shop too be sure I'm at 100% for trike fest> I have 2 runners the 87 200x in need of a lot of tlc and the tiger 250 that needs some work maybe just swap the engine too the restored ones frame may be the easiest>

The Tri-Z 426 is in pieces right now :), the engine is being completely redone, frame painted, aluminum accessories being made, subframe and seat needs built, need to mount the new brakeing systems, aluminum tripples are being made, and quite a bit of other stuff. I need to get moving on this thing!
