sounds like you got a bent fork.take your forks out and see which one is bent.either have it straightend,or buy a new one

Put the ATC frame on a box so the front tire barely touches the ground. Loosen all the pinch bolts in the forks triple clamps and try spinning the fork upper legs. If they won't turn, just barely tap a screwdriver in between the clamps to take off the pressure (yes you may need 4 screwdrivers). Grab it with your hand and spin the upper chrome portion of the tube around, it will spin even with tire attached etc. You will see if either tube is bent just by watching it spin around. Bent forks can be easily straightened but keep in mind that a bad crash can also bend the steering stem. It will never set right if it's bent.

did you turn the screw on the bottom of the bowl of the carb? I've turned it too far to adjust the idle and gas will leak out the over-run hose running from the float bowl of the carb. Tighten it back up and you should be good..

Why does everybody allways think Forks???
One of your back tires is bigger then then the other. Causing it to pull to the one that is smaller.
Get a tape measure and meassure around both tires. inflate both to the same size.

Hey Jack, did YOU read the first post by any chance? here ya go, I will post it for you...."But the ATC Still drives to the side , so i put the handle bars straight , but the tire is Slightly turn to 1 side ...." does that make it clear enough for ya?:wondering
sounds like you have a bent fork, like the other poster said....and the carb issue, turn on the fuel and LIGHTLY tap on the bowl with a screwdriver or something...it sounds like the needle isnt seating.

gas flowing out the vent tube usually means the needle valve is stuck on the float adjustment level. probably dirty.take carb off and clean out float bowl and needle valve/ or get a kit and rebuild it.

That's the drain screw, not the idle adjust.

the 86R has one degree more rake in the front. I dont know if that is done by the triple clamps or the frame geometry. steering stems are the same.
85 forks have a two piece spring design while some 86 forks are a one piece design.

I turned on the ATC on the 3rd Kick , sounds Fine .:wondering
.................................................. .................................................. .
Moved on to the Forks and Steering Stem , i Removed the Front Fender & Stood the Bike up on it's rear leg's , i found 1 Fork is bent up and 1 is Bent down or is Straight , the Front wheel is turn to the right about 3 to 4" inches with the Handle Bars Straight . the Triple Tree's look Bent or off a bit "
What should i RE-Place , Forks & triple tree's ?

If one of your reeds has a hole in it the size of a dime it would run but probably not very well. What you probably see is the stock reed stops that have 3 pedals with 2-3 holes punched in each pedal.

The top Reed's are fine all 3 pedal's
2 of the lower Pedal reed's are fine , but the last one i see a Hole in it - only 1 Pedal ( it's a little smaller than a Dime )

Well I am sure it got sucked in, grinded up and blown out the pipe.
Had to tell if it hasn't caused damage unless you take engine apart and inspect.
At least it wasn't a piece of metal that got sucked in there!

They're probably Boyesen reeds which come in either fiberglass (clear yellowish/green color) and carbon fiber (black) varieties. Pick up a a new set on ebay or your local parts guy and you'll be in good shape. As for damage, I agree with Crackshot but damage if any will be minimal as the whole piece didn't blow through at once, the hole wore through the reed over time.

O Good !
Thanks Guy's
REED'S - Carbon Fiber sounds good ....
Which do you recommend ??? or whats the Difference ??
Mr. Sandman

Go for the Boyesen Pro Series reeds (carbon fiber) model #PRO-44, $50 +/-. They're about $20 more than their standard reed but are more responsive. You'll probably need to rejet, but if you follow their instructions you'll have no problems.

As far as your forks are concerned, I would check to see if maybe they haven't just twisted in the clamps. I have had that happen before (lucky) and thought that the forks got bent, when in reality, they just twisted a bit in the triple clamps. I found the best way to check non-obviously bent forks, is to take them apart, and roll the upper tube on a true surface. If you want to get really anal about it, you could set the upper tube in v-blocks, and check with a dial indicator. I would also check your tire diameters, as mentioned. They can be adjusted some with air pressure. The harder the surface, the more the tire difference will affect you.
