ATC200E Turbo?

Hi everbody, I know this may sound stupid but will a 1982 or 1983 ATC200E be able to provide enough power to spin a turbocharger off of a Nissan Pulsar effectively. I'm Wondering because i can get the turbo for free that works perfectly but dont want to do anything before I got some information or opinions. I have rebuilt the engine, replaced all the clutch plates and shoes, as well as adding a Cobra Megaphone Exhaust.

Any help would be appreaciated.

Just get a 2 stroke 250 or a 350x. either one will make way more power then a 200e with a turbo would even if you did get it working...

This Turbo isnt going on my converted ATC its goin on my parts machine that im trying to fix and customize to go better than my converted just to make that clearer to some people.
