Just Realized....R Has No Skid Plate...

I was working on my R today that I got recently and it just hit me...Hey no skid plate. Any one know if I can still get one or if any others will just bolt on from other machines? Thanks

You can get a skip plate for your swinger HERE (http://prm-atv.com/MN.asp?pg=products&grp=38&mfr=2), buts its kinda pricy and they don't have a skid plate for the engine.

lol after reading this thread i realized i dont have a skid plate on my 83 250r's swingarm either think im going to order that prm plate asap. i already have their grab bar on my trike. they make some nice quality stuff. as for the engine skid plate ive seen many come up on ebay.

I just priced the engine skid plate from Honda its 117$ plus tax. Canadian. Not sure if I want it.

Where in canada are ya? I got a local junkyard with a few 250rs AC.

I can go check it out, some sandblasting and some black paint! Good as new!

Ya, If you know where gopher dunes are its not to far from there. Im going to check out a junk yard near simcoe, I know he has a few 250r frames around. Not sure if its the same place your thinking of or not.
