Does any one know of the nearest truck stop to Haspin?

i know it may sound like a dumb question. But my woman may end up going to Trikefest, and god forbid she not showerwith in a 72 hour time span. I know there are showers ther, but they get crowded and you usually come out dutier than when you went in. Cleaning up at a truck stop shower is nothing new to any of us. So if you all know of one, let us know so we can plan.

I think there is one about 25 miles away. But not to worry, I will call Pete and see if he can be sure they are cleaned Daily for us. We may even be able to get him to open them up a little earlier just for TF People. ;)

I picked up a 3'x3' 7' tall tent at walmart for $35. Throw a sun shower in it or a porta-pot and you have both ends covered. I know that Haspin (at times) does not have the best bathroom facilites.

Opening up aerlier would be nice. So would staying open later. I hated cutting my ride time short last year so I could shower before I went to bed.

That is a good idea. We had discussed that option. It would be very nice to have an on demand shower.

That was the one issues I had last year. They had stupid hours, and they were nasty. Not to mention not enough of them.
