Are there any company or Person that is making Double wide pegs for the 86 Honda 200x and 84-85 Kawasaki Tecate. I want some bad. If not I will be making them I guess.
Allso looking for a skid Plate for the rear end of my Tecate. Any Ideas there or is it something I will need to make allso?

No skids available, same goes for the Tecate pegs. Deathman has Roll Design footpegs on his 200X.
I just ordered footpeg kick-ups from James Lucky.

the 84-5 T3's didn't have a swinger skid plate they had skid rails that covered the sprocket and rotor seperatly. as for the wider pegs, I think you are in the make your own boat, just the same as me. I was having the idea of taking another set of T3 pegs and cuting them in half length wise and then welding the halves to the front and the back of the peg.

I've been having a real problem slipping a foot off the end of the peg during hard slides and some trail situations. As for wider pegs, why would you want them? It would be harder to pivot your foot to brake and shift as opposed to the stocker. Foot peg kickups are all I need.

I made some double wide pegs on the air-cooled R. They work great. Should be real easy to make on your 200x. Good luck.................................:beer
