Well got my cylinder back from machine shop.
Nice Wiesco pro-lite piston and rings, wrist pin bearing.
Machinist drilled piston oiling holes in it per spec and installed rings. Champhered the inside ports, surfaced exhaust port and intake port also.
They did a killer job.
Machinist calls me up on way home with box of parts and says I forgot the dowel pin.
I turn around, go back and pick up pin. I go to assemble and guess what?
The dude who I bought it from that just threw a piston in must have forgot to install the other pin or lost it. The pins usually are stuck in crankcase or cylinder.
Now I have to wait till next Tuesday to get a few in from Honda. A whole whopping 1.09 a piece. I was hoping to get it together and ride this weekend.
