350x questions

will a 400ex engine and wiring harness and battery bolt right up?
are there any parts off other 3wheelers that interchange w/a
350x? i want to build one with a 400ex engine. something a little
up to date. has this been done?

200x grab bar. 300ex swinger skidplate i think. About any bars. Ive seen 450r silencers on a 350x. Ive seen 250x i belive...axels on a 350x. 400ex/450r/250r/200x rims and tires will bolt on. 85-86 hubs are same i believe.
Tank Fins are stil available from Honda. These are ust a few things things i know interchange

how about the 400ex engine. they look so close to the same.

with torches,a welder,and some material you can make anything fit/work.hop to it

i might not go real easy.if i remember correctly,the 400ex used the engine to hold the swingarm on and the 350x does not use that option.in other words the 400ex swingarm bolt passes thru the engine block.the 350x has a seperate bolt for the swingarm

WAY diffrent in the size department. And "updating" the engine, there perty much the same engine Just the way the rockers go is the main diffrence. Think about it, the XR engine is the same since 85 or 6 till 05. If you want to "update it" go with a crf engine.

Yeah they don't even look the same, no chance on fitting a 400ex engine without major work. The 350x is physically the same size as the 250x-300ex engines. Those are almost bolt in deals.
