Electrical Question!!!!!!!

I need some electrical help since Will left.
The electric start stopped working on the YTM, Im almost sure the neutral light was working after the elect start stopped working, and now the neutral light wont work, but I did some tests to the solenoid and I know its good.

What I need to know:

1) If the neutral light bulb is burnt out, should the starter button still work?

2) What setting do I put my multimeter to to test if there is juice going to where the neutral light plugs into?

Hey Cory---

According to the pic----Neutral light and Starter Ckt are tottally unrelated.

As for Multimeter-----DC volts ---anything above 12v

No, trike must be in neutral.

What else could this be? There isnt a click or anything when you press the button.........

Disconnect the Light blue wire from the neutral switch, touch it to the frame, and see if it starts.

And By the way---What happened to Will?

Yea, I tried touching it to the ground already and got nothing.

Will went to bed :lol:, its 6 hours ahead in the UK, he helped me figure out the solenoids good though.

There is an extra relay that isnt shown in the pic.

hi - is there power to the starter switch? check the neutral safety switch other than that find out were power stops at?
