Are my rings toast?

I am assuming they are bad except the engine still pulls real hard on my 200S. When the engine gets warm it starts to bog out and wants to die. I took the plug out to check the spark and pulled the start cord. Some oil splashed out the spark plug hole. Anyone out there that can help me diagnose and give me the run down on what I need to do to get it running would be greatly appreciated.

Does it smoke while running?

It does smoke some. Not real bad though. I had it running in the garage with the doors open and it didn't get real bad in there at all. I just put a different exhaust on it though. It smoked more with the old one that didnt work on it.

Sounds like jetting if its bogging, and esp you put on a new pipe. Search jetting here and youll find billions on threads on it. :)
