Hey guys, I have an emergency situation I was hoping for some help if possible. My buddy josh (klondike1020) who is comming out to trike fest with is missing a few teeth on the front sprocket of his suzuki 230 quad sport. The problem is that he ordered the part 2 weeks ago, he went to get it today (was supposed to be in) and all orders are backed up, so he wont get it for a few more days, and were leaving tomorrow :( . Basically, does anyone have a halfway decent sprocket he could buy or use? Its an 86, stock would be cool, but hey if it fits thats all that matters.
So again, if anyone has a spare sprocket that they could let go of or lend for a few days it would be very appreciated. Thanks guys!

after hunting through http://www.sprocketspecialists.com/ProductSearch2.aspx
it looks like the dr's, drz's, early rm 250's, lt250, will bolt on (just need to find them with the right tooth count).

Are these the ones with a bunch of small splines that hold it one the shaft? Anybody got a picture? I think I have one in my box of misc sprockets.

Okay, I think Ive got what you need. The one for the TS250 is the same spline but takes 530 chain (wider). The smaller one was marked "LT???", but I couldnt read it, but its the same spline pattern as the TS. I think it came off an LT230 I parted out some time ago. Its a 12 tooth. Ill bring it along. Ill arrive tomorrow night.

If you can get a picture of the Suzuki Sprocket I can see what I might be able to dig up myself. If I have one, I can make arrangements to have it there tomorrow night.

Hey guys thanks for the replies. I just got the sprocket off and I got my brother looking around the house for the digital camera, but it looks identical to the smaller sprocket that Tim posted up, 12 teeth and it says 12-520 on the back so Im guessing its a 520 chain. I will try to put a pic of it up as soon as I get the camera. So Tim if you didnt mind letting that one go let me know what you want for it. To everyone else that posted up if I can get the one from Tim I should be ok, but thanks for the help it is very appreciated. :)

This one says 12-520 on it too, and yes its for 520 chain. Its got a little wear, wasnt worth the cost of shipping to ebay it, and I didnt want to throw it away, so all I want for it is for you to come to Trikefest and have a good time.

Hey Pete, if you guys are on quads, we can always use flaggers and scoreres for the MX races! You get a great trackside view!
