Cant hurt to give it a try, start off low though and then work towards your price range.

If that is really a Husky, then call him those are extremely rare none of us have ever even seen nor heard of one in our local area. That would be really rare.

There were only 3 known Husky ATC's ever made. Noone knows where these machines are today. They were operated by the factory race team. If its real, then its worth basically whatever the current owner wants for it.

Are you sure there were only 3? Aren't these basically the same as the Cagiva trikes that were built here in MO? I asked Mike Coe on his thread but I have not gotten a response yet.

You cant say there where only 3, Back in the day Many people did there backyard conversions. I talked to the old racers from around here and they saw everything out on the track. Suzukis, Ktm's, Can am's Huskys EVERYTHING. Most where people just taking some scrap metal and welding some stuff together and calling it good.

OOOHHH WOW. I called him. So hard to understand. This is hwat i got. He has sezures and cant ride no more. Rear plastic good. Front has a break from when the powerband kicked in and flipped her over. It runs. Kickstart broke somehow.
Seat has no rips.. He is in canton, NC. Its a 6speed 2 stroke. His name is keith. He wants 2000 for it but i got him down to 1600 on the phone.... Somebody pick it up. Hes a hillbily and he told me to call back in a week he'll find a camera and take a pic and send it to me in the mail...LOL

Like was said before, there is no telling how many were made. I've seen 3 or more that were complete one off customs and who knows how many more are kicking around. Word of mouth is a dangerous thing...

Check out the homepage here for an interesting story on these. The guy that sent Billy and Howdy some info on these is Andy Lillard. Hmm, wonder if we're related?

Well I have to say there are tons more than 3 or 5 made. Fletchers here in memphis specialized in making those back in the 80's. In fact he was going to try to help me build one if I couldnt find one. He made tons of them on request and is a killer builder.

When I say 3 I am reffering to Factory Built machines, I think it was me and Billy? had a conversation about this. Homemade jobs are different, I could build a Chevy powered trike if I wanted to, but that wouldnt mean its anything special. If its a true factory machine that would be different now wouldnt it? Maybe there are more than 3, but no more than a small handful.

He's right. I have an old mag with a test of one from 82 or 83. Ralph at www.QuadPit.com rode one of the factory trikes, if I remember right.

The ones like Tricky Dick's were custom conversions.
