My KTM 200 dosn't idle very well and it sucks if you stall going down a rocky hill. How do i fix this?

KLT or KTM 200? KTM is a dirtbike and belongs in the dirtbike section...

lol its all cool man we make mistakes. About your ytm200 i have one also and i got my running pretty smooth within the past weekend. I just turned the bottom screw 2 1/2 turns out and it runs great now for some odd reason lol but im selling it due to i need a car / truck more then a toy lol.... but trucks/cars are toys lol................ have a good one man!

He is talking about the air / fuel mixture screw located on the bottom of the carb near the front. It should be at 1-1/2 to 2 turns out usually.
There is another screw on the side of the carb that is for setting the idle speed. If you turn it to the right the engine idle speed will increase. Do not attempt to turn it in without squeezing the throttle a bit simultaneously. Otherwise you can mash the screw into the throttle slide, making it hard to set your idle speed exactly where you want.

Hey, on mine it was a dirty carb. I cleaned the carb and it solved my problem.
