OK tonight on ebay I typed in trx 250r ...."Newly listed"....I found a listing with a picture of a used TRX in the writing below the description on the search page its say FREE worldwide shipping....Now the Kicker is when I clicked on the listing to view it , a page popped up for me to enter my User ID and password again????? the writing looked slightly different than usual. Now I was just in "MY EBAY" and logged in and know I shouldn't have to do that again. I clicked on other items and I was able to view the listings. I go back to the TRX listing click on it and it links to entering my ID and password again.

Now we all know the "free worldwide shipping ATVs" are the scams but have the scam artists work a way that just by clicking on there item you can fall into a trap and they can then steal your ID when you input it.???

I did not enter mine..I would suggest you dont either but
Go check it out

Just trying to keep everyone informed this may be a SCAM!!!

It is a scam. They get IDs and passwords by forwarding you to a fake Ebay page that logs your data. A lot of people fall for it, but I sure as hell won't.

Just a side note. When they find out who he is and that he has scammed thousands for alot of money they will let him go and suspend bills account. Just how Ebay works, makes no dam sense

Looks like ebay has just removed the item. 9530905752 I was trying to get it reported and it came up invalid. Then when I refreshed the search page it was gone.

OC, VERY good catch!!

I thought I remember seeing the fake ebay login in page in the past as I surfed...dont remember the circumstances...the writing is just a little different and when you are on ebay as much as me it's easy to notice...amazing how they can link you right off ebay.

I just went and changed my password just to be safe and it was on the official page with the right type of writing...I hope

The easiest way to spot a PayPal spoof is that a real email from them will always refer to you by your whole name.
