Going tommorrow to pick up another trike a Kawasaki KLT250c. Does any one know anything about them such as performance and handling, all it needs is a battery and a front fender already found on e-bay for 10 bucks. All well if anything I saved another one from the boneyard

is that a prarie? you are sure it isnt a 200cc?
what is the one called that has the silly little glovebox where the gas tank should be?
i used to have all the early 80's kawi brochures, they made some very strange but neat machines back then. i just saw a mint duckster on ebay in michigan, man if i had the $$

If it's a 4 stroke it's a Prarie. Manual clutch, 5 speed, electric start, no reverse, front suspension only, 22" front tire and 25" rears. The coolest thing about these is they have a locking rear differential. There is a locking hub in the center of the rear tire just like the front axle of a 4x4 truck. It lets you run 1 wheel drive for easy turning or both rears for the traction.

Got it home this afternoon and dump some gas in it and turn the switch on and it started to pump fuel hit the starter switch and it fired up after a couple of cranks no smoking and no wierd sounds. Took it for a ride and it goes really good, diff also works like it should.
