I knew i seen this trike on the board before. I just didn't now whoe owned. Defently the nicest big red i ever seen. Seeig this one makes me want to do one up, but would never have the heart to sit on it. Wish i had the cash to throw in a bid. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1986-Honda-250ES-Big-Red-250SX-350X-Hondaline-Goodies_W0QQitemZ4650963992QQihZ002QQcategoryZ6724 QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Well, I dont know whats going to happen. I may just let it run. A guy has offered me my reserve. I dont know what to do. I guess if it didn't reach the reserve, I will take the goodies off and sell them seperately. Then relist the bike. What do you guys think. I have been offered $3500 for it.

MAN!!! Why are you selling it? I thought this was the one bike you were finally going to keep?

Yeah Clay's '86 Big Red is prob. one of the cleanest ones out there...I'm sure he'll get top dollar for it either way.

I would keep it and hang it from my ceiling. You rarely ever see them in that condition. Clay that would be the one of the toughest decision you will ever make. What is the guy going to do with it, savor the flavor or use it.

With a collection like Clay's, he can afford to sell it. Have you seen his "users"......??????? Holy crap man, they are like ......AMAZING.

Clay, you gotta remember, although you were offered 3500, there is NO price high enough for passion. Trust me, when I sold my (beautiful) 86 350 X 2 years ago, I regretted it ever since, and spent my time looking for one only half as nice. Finally found one that kinda fell in my lap, and is a project. But: every time I mount a 350 X I think of my old one, and think- "damn, I wish I never sold it"..........just something to think about.

Yeah, Im going to have to just let her go. If I had more room she could stay, but she never gets ridden. The really fun part for me is redoing these bikes. I will get another. I plan on upgrading to a large quad. Have a trike as backup or fun.

Well..... Both of mine are sold. Both BR. The Twins. Got $3500 for the Cream Puff and $1500 for the beater. LOL $5000 for both combined. Not too bad :naughty:
