atc110... is this a problem?

i was lookin at my trike today and noticed a hole that doesnt look like it should be there... heres some pics

see that hole underneath that manifold or wtvr it is (sorry i dont know my terms at all)

that definatly shouldnt be there. The cylinder should just be one whole piece. The spark plug hole is on the other side right?

yep it is on the other side

it looked like it went all the way down to the bottom

i have two 1980 110's. just walked out to the shed and looked,they both have the hole that you show in your pic. hope this helps you out.:)

I have noticed a hole right there on my 110's before also. I have no clue why it is there, but i guess it's suppose to be.

I belive that it is normal. If I rember right the 125M motor is like that too.

That hole is normal. Nothing to worry about.
