timming

I have a 1989 kaw ksf 250 mojave
at about half throttle it looses power and blows fuel out the back of the carb. I rebuilt the carb, and it does the same thing. the olny thing I think it could be is the timing. I can not see any way to set the timing from the out side of the engine any info would be helpful. thank you

Do you have the tools to do a compression test ?

Could be a timing or even a bent valve etc..

That is a 4 stroke right ?

yes, compression is 120 + the book I have does not tell me how to set the timming, or how to check the timming advance

timming is ok, compression 120 psi, coil is ok. does anybody have any ideas
