I know they look a bit different. They es looks like my 200e. The 200s looks quite a bit different...what are the other differences? Anything mechanical?

A 200s has more top end than a 200es but the 200es has more bottom because its more of a work horse. trikes4life, your right, a 200es does have high and low range and reverse. A 200es is a 250big reds little brother:lol:

I have a '83 200e. I needed a few parts, and found this local old guy that has 2, 200es, and one 200s. They are somewhat stripped...but the shaft would be an upgrade for me...plus my 200e smokes REALLY bad...might be a chance to upgrade and save myself rebuilding the top end on mine.
I noticed that the 200es's looked just like mine, just shaft...yah there is a reverse on the switch...the 200m was smaller...thanks for the info.
