Just bought a new esr-atc5 pipe for my 85, 250r. The current jet i had in was 148, they recommended 168. Does that sound right?

try it and see what you think... youd be pressed to find someone with the same model and same pipe i think - so give the reccomended size a shot and see if it stutters or backfires.. post your findings..

that is probably right tho - those guys test the pipes before they sell them and reccomend the jet size that works best with it.
