Ebay Scam Alert !!!!!

I recieved a lenghty question from a potential buyer for my 86 250r on ebay. Basically the guys said he was willing to buy it now for the $7900 but he had his attorney draw up papers for his protection from bad deals on ebay. After 3 emails through ebay he wants my email address to send me the contracts. So I give him my email address and he sends me the contracts right away.
I open them up after a virus scan and the pages are blank. So I email the guy right back and tell him to resend them they were blank. I get no response
Now I start smelling a rat .Sure enough , I go to log onto yahoo and it says my password is invalid. I try to log onto ebay...guess what, my password is invalid.
I made it to paypal and changed it before they got it but now I cannot access any of my accounts. Anyone have any ideas?????:twisted: :twisted:

Somewhat, I was able to get back into my ebay account but still no yahoo. So i had to create a new yahoo account. So all my mail is still going to this loser who stole my account. I have had that yahoo account for 9 years. I am totally lost right now. all my passwords for important accounts were stored in a notepad in my mailbox. Paypal just notified me in my new yahoo account that my account has been comprimised and I need to change passwords. I think its another BS attempt so I just forwarded it to ebay. This is freaking me out. I need to set up a new checking account now, savings account, credit cards etc. Pretty scary.
I am usually pretty good with identifying scams but this was a good one. I guess what should have tipped me off was the fact that the guy wanted to buy it for $7900 :lol: . Seriously though If i could market this bike the way ebay won't let me I bet I could get above $10K . All we keep doing is selling stuff to each other with the occasional newbie who remembers how cool these things were or like last week when a kid drove buy my shop and saw one parked outside. He was 18 yrs old! I want a rocker or a rapper to get one of these in a video!

That kind of thing makes me crazy, I would be besides myself with anger...heck I couldnt get online for the second time in a week for an extended period of time and I was pissed. If it were my world and we could catch him it would be fun to smash every knuckle of both hands with a framing hammer while tied to a chair with USB and ethernet cables!!!! There is no justice!!!
