Pink 500?

So I'm in a weird mood...and I was looking at maiers site, and my 500 uses 450r fenders on the rear and well....anyone wanna dare me to go with a pink and white color scheme? I'll even put the streamers on the bars if someone buys me some.

Just sounds funny as heck to me....probably cause I'm feeling a little goofy. I figure, heck, a quad getting owned by a trike is awsome, but a quad getting owned by a PINK trike, now that would be priceless. and a 500 aughta have the balls to go pink without getting too many questions and or laughs....

yes i'm out there tonight. Haven't ridden in over 2 days, thats probably the reason....

i did just come back from eating steak and ribbs...

and my girls been gone for over a week now.. wish she was home.. blah...

so how bout it anyone wanna photoshop a nice scheme up for me. lol

You should definetly give this a go, if you dont like it just sell the plastic to some one with female rider. You should go with a white set cover though, and maybe forget about the tassels and basket, but the pink is definetly a go. I kinda like the thought of pulling up and getting laughs then spanking alot of quads, all while riding pink. Finally some one puts the right color dress on their Honda, they are all kinda girly anyway, except the 500's.

Well I had all but written it off as too costly but now that 3legged has made comment that Maier will sell sheets of plastic, if Assuie dunner is willing to do a front fender and some kinda headlight bucket variant, the pink may be back on. gotta look into it. FIrst though I'm gonna get it back on three wheels in white. Pink will come a little later. Trust me though, it is not forgoten.

I just bought a set of kenda knarly's for the rear, 20x11x9. They'll complement the invert forks up front nicely.

hehe. The $1 donation thing was only a joke. No need to send any money. I am seriously still considering it though. My father would never let me live it down if I did it though .lol. We'll see. Gota get the rag back together first. The CNC guys doing my tripples are dragging thier feet. I told them I didn''t need them untill january but I don't think theyve really done much on them at all. :(

I also need to get the KTm forks resprung. I gota cal lthe suspension people billy used. I may just send them the forks and let them service them and install the springs if ther price isn't too high. I've never had a cartridge fork apart before and I definatly want to go ahead and put new seals in them.

True, but i know there's someone out there more deserving of donations than me. Actaully thats something I wanted to run by someone for trikefest. I think we need to put together a "Pimp My Trike" portion of the trikefest awards ceremony. One lucky person, would get thier trike totally pimped out by donations. They would have to be deserving of it somehow. And there would have to be stipulations for who would be eligible for the award.
