What do you need in order to replace - tires? Tires, valve stems, a tire changing machine, or oodles of patience
any tool required ? - As stated above - ATV tire changing machine or special atv tire changing tools (special breaker bars and bead breaker tool).
What should be replaced ? when new tires are going in . - Just tires and valve stems.
where's the best place to buy Everything i need ? An ATV shop or your local tire shop usually is set up for ATV tires.

Try RMATV, most likely they can ship you the tires to your door cheaper then you can get them local.

You don't really need to replace the valve stems unless they're leaking. I've never replaced one because of age on an ATV. On a car, yes, because you're dealing with a lot more pressure.

Yeah but for $2 is it really worth gambling?

I have found that tire shops will stick it to you on mounting if you DON'T buy through them. Yes you can get them much cheaper online, but you won't get the service from the tire shops either. And to do it yourself (unless you have the right (expensive) tolls) is just not worth it. Also - I would not recommend taking them to Walmart either after reading the "Walmart Rim Job" thread on .ORG.

Good point Tim, that's why I just pay for them to take the old tires off the rims. They never even know I have new tires. ATV tires are so easy to mount once the old ones are off it's almost a waste to pay someone to do it.

Also try in2glamis on ebay. I got a rear set of ITP tiers on ITP rims for $175.
