My old 200ES hauled 700lb and we still went trail riding. But it was only in first gear so it took a while to get through them

My big red pulled a 16" trailer with 6 trikes in the back without any major issues. It just needed me to lean forward a bit. hehe:naughty:

I take my Big Red on very rough mountain country trails all the time. Myself plus my girlfriend plus a rear rack bag hauling lots of beveridges / ice and tools = about 450 - 475 pounds. We can go anywhere on it, up steep hills, creek crossings - no problem at all for the big red's 250cc's of love!

we have pulled our 17 foot fiberglass boat with our Bigred up and down our street. We live on a hill and let me tell you going up is pretty easy coming back down is a different story! It still does just fine just dont gain to much speed lol!

Boat and trailer weigh in at around 1100lbs!

I've pulled a medium sized firetruck uphill with a big red 200e with bad rings, took a bit but it did it. The front end got a bit light lol.

I pulled a few quads on hilly trails on my 200x. second and third gear weren't out of question. I've pulled people off mx tracks also, without problem. A quad and rider together weight about 600lb's.

Someone should build a mini tractor pull sled. It could be a trophy event for the utility trikes a Trikefest. And a new reason to yell...
GIT IT RAGGGGGGGGGGGGG! :D lol

Definitly would be badass!

I havent had my utility trike very long but it has already proved to be most handy. About the most I have moved with it is the log splitter but it did it easily. Oh, its an 82 200E BigRed.

I pulled me polaris cyclone(400lbs) up the drive way before, about a 100ft driveway, I gave the trike gas but it didnt go anywhere, so I look around and my front tire is off the ground, so I lean forwards and gave it and she pulled.

Ive pulled a 17' boat, car, and a full size truck all with my '83 ATC200. (not all at the same time though!!! ) Just last night we used it to pull a transmission straight out the back of a 85 Chevy Blazer that we badly needed to replace.

The truck was a '78 Chevy full size fleetside (6'' lift, 33" tires, 3/4 ton axles) and it weighs well over 2000 lbs!!! Trike pulls it without a problem. :w00t:

Years ago, I used my 110 to drag old RR ties through the woods to make a bridge. They weigh around 300lbs. Gotta love that low range!

Well if you read this vintage yamaha ad, http://www.adclassix.com/ads/80yamaha125atv.htm youd see they can pull a 2 ton chevy - with the chevys brakes on. It makes this claim in reason 5 middle column. Why would they lie.

Yet another great reason to own a 3 wheeler. :w00t: You wouldnt see any quad seller using that in their ad. My friends 06 Yamaha Grizzly 400 can only pull 1100 lbs. (http://www.yamaha-motor.com/outdoor/products/modelfeatures/536/0/features.aspx ***under 'Addional Features') Thats a 4wd model. That yamaha ad holmstrom posted the link to was only a 2wd model and could pull 4000 lbs!! I think it just goes to show the time and effort thats put into the newer quads and their quality also.

There is no way in hell it could pull a 2 ton chevy, it would hardly pull it with the brakes off.

My 200s pulled a 2001 chev half ton in neutral and that took a lot out of it.

I'm not sure what they were smoking when they came up with that ad, but it must of been good.

towed a ford ranger that didn't have a transmission about a city block to my neighbors house. Wasen't easy to get moving, but after it started to move, wasent too bad, just kept in 1st and was on pavement. That was with the 250R.
