I just bought a unknown year Lt 80. Its black/yellow. Do all years seem to have a lot of toe in or toe out on the front tires? The tops of my tires point inward and get worse when the suspension goes down, normal or just the way they're made?
Where to buy front brake lines, both mine are snapped under the rubber boots.
How does the fuel shut off work?
Where to buy a battery?
Is a recoil available?

The suspension lacks a little to be desired and that sounds normal what your talking about.
Ebay has a lot of parts available.
Fuel valve is vacuum operated. So it has an auto shut off if and when it works.
I cut out some plastic in the rear fender and the seat and have a $19.99 wlamart battery in mine.
Yes pull start is available.
On both of ours I gutted the fuel valve and blocked off everythign I didn't need and added and in line shutoff valve.
They are good little quads and have lots of power for a mini.

I put a Yamaha Banshee fuel petcock on that eliminates all the goofy vaccum crap. Its a direct fit and any year Banshhe will work. I got a battery from my Kawai dealer (Kawasaki sells the same LT80 just green) also my Wife is the parts manager there so I don't even have to go there just told her to bring one home.lol:w00t:
Recoli is avalible through the dealer around $90.00.

James Lucky has a ton of LT80 parts as well.
The front end widening kit is a must. They are way too narrow to be stable.

Thanks for the help. I've seached everywhere for front brake cables, found no aftermarket ones, just factory Suzuki ones on ebay, will probably have to go that route.
Another question, there are metal tabs or brackets on each fender on the outside edge above the tires, 4 total, what are these for?
What seach terms on ebay to use? Just LT 80 and LT80?
