need help on registration

What do i need to do first to get a quad registered. My brother just got a quad and there is no paper work for it. How do i go about to get a title for it, Or proof of owner ship. What is considered a proof of owner ship, is there a form u guys use to buy used quads that you guys have, that dont have titles. after proper proof of owner ship, can i get registration for it. thanks for any help.

first find the vin numbers, then goto a local cycle shop sometimes they can run the numbers and give you all the info, if they say they cannot you will have to goto the local police or sherrifs and they can run the numbers

you can register in pa. for $20 for 2 years....they just take the # off the frame and print you a registration....all it takes is a trip to pa.
